What convinced you to join 3rd-eyes analytics?
I found the job advertisement for a Junior Quant Developer on the Internet and the job description convinced me very much. During the first interview, I quickly realised that I wanted this job because of the motivation of the company and the friendly employees.
What do you do when you are not working?
I also spend a lot of time on the computer in my private life, for computer games or private software projects. Besides, I started brewing beer with four colleagues last year, which is a very exciting but also time-consuming leisure activity. I also do a lot of sports: I am often on mountain bikes and hiking. Or in the fitness centre when the weather is not playing along.
What do you enjoy about beer brewing?
Brewing beer brings together many things I appreciate: I spend a lot of time with my friends, learn new things all the time and can even solve various technical problems such as temperature monitoring and control. And being able to toast to the end of a brewing day with a home-brewed beer is a very nice reward.
Where can you be found when you are not in the office?
Either on one of the hills in the Zurich Oberland, at home behind the screen or with my colleagues on the terrace where we have set up our microbrewery.
What is your motivation?
I am quite an inquisitive person and I am very interested in learning about new topics and deepening my knowledge in things I am already familiar with.
What would you like to achieve with 3rd-eyes analytics?
My aim is to help promote sustainable investment and to draw attention to the effects of climate change.
What was your personal highlight with 3rd-eyes analytics?
Even in my short time at 3rd-eyes analytics, I have come to appreciate the interaction and mutual regard among the employees.
